About Brighterday

Like many people in Ireland I found that the dark evenings and lack of natural daylight usually left me feeling tired, lethargic and lacking energy…... I had heard of light therapy, so I began my search for a suitable light therapy unit.… I eventually sourced one from Finland, began using it, and within a week began to feel a lot more energetic and generally full of life again. During my search I was frustrated at how little information was available on light therapy, and how most websites that did have information on it asked you to fill out a form if you had any questions rather than giving a phone number….  So in October 2007, I established Brighterday.ie.
