Which one is right for me?

Choosing a suitable light therapy unit can be difficult, and it really all depends on your individual circumstances.If you spend a lot of time at home and are lucky enough to have an hour or more to sit and use your light, then we might suggest a Rondo or a Litepod.. If you only have 20 mins or so then a Lucia or a Mesa might be more suitable.
