We make every effort to ensure your order arrives in reasonable time and in perfect condition. However in the unlikely event that a product is damaged, customers should contact Customers Services within three days of receipt and return the package within seven working days. We will replace any damaged item. All light boxes come with a manufacturers warranty.
If you find your purchase is unsatisfactory, we are happy to exchange items or refund your credit/debit card, provided the goods are returned to us within seven days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. We regret that we cannot refund return postage costs.
If you do not receive your order within 3 working days from the despatch date, customers should contact Customers Services. If we are unable to locate the missing product a replacement will be sent.
Please contact Customers Services before you return any items so that we can arrange a refund or replacement item.
Placing your Order
You can order online with your credit card or over the phone on 01 4458277. We do NOT charge your card until your goods are ready for dispatch (usually on the following day).
The specific guarantees for each product are detailed on the website and in the order forms; all of our light boxes have a TWO YEAR GUARANTEE.
Delivery and Shipping
Light boxes are sent by insured carrier. Any order received before 3pm will be shipped by courier for delivery the following working day. We will only ship to addresses in the Irish Republic or Northern Ireland
Information is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.We take your privacy very seriously. Everyone who works here has signed an agreement as part of their employment contract which reads "The identity of any person who contacts the company with a view to obtaining information about or purchasing the Company's products or services is a matter of strict confidentiality, and unauthorised disclosure of this information will be considered as a serious breach of discipline and may lead to dismissal." If you have any concerns about privacy issues please contact Customers Services. Your email address, phone number and any other details you give will:
- Be used to communicate with you regarding any order you might have placed.
- Not be revealed to any third party for any purpose other than fulfilling your order or enquiry without your express permission. Note we usually tell our carrier your phone number as well as your address as we have found this facilitates a prompt delivery.
We aim to send your order within 2 working days. We guarantee to dispatch all orders within a maximum of 21 days from you placing the order; if for some reason we cannot meet this guarantee we will let you know so you are able to cancel with a full refund of any charges.
Credit information will be held in confidence. However, it will be used in any way possible to aid in the recovery of delinquent or defaulting debtors. We do NOT keep your credit card information on our online databases or in any digital format.
You can order directly from our secure site. If you have technical problems with the secure site contact us we will assist you with your order. None of this affects your statutory rights under Irish law.
In other words we try to behave as you would want us to. We try very hard indeed to look after our customers properly by being helpful, polite and ready to answer your questions.
